「My husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and we needed a place to stay near by. It was clean and comfortable, and close by. The only negative was the major road construction that obstructed the entrance of the building the entire stay. And at one point the water was even turned off due to the construction. I was told that the owners were notified and I feel that this should have been communicated to us. We would stay again, if there was no construction.」

「The entryway and doors are dingy? But, as the door opens the sight is delightful. The condo has been updated and is very attractive. It is located right on the beach with an unimpeded view of the ocean. The sliding doors to the deck and the second set that seals the deck from the weather are filthy and need maintenance. The beach furniture provided was very old and all but 1 chair and the only umbrella were broken or rusted shut. This is unacceptable as new chairs and a 2nd umbrella are not...

「This home was everything we needed for our annual vacation for 12. It was walking distance to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids as well as adults to relax after the exhausting beach days. 「Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!」

「Condo is in a great location. Steps from the beach and the pool is in your backyard. Great little balcony perfect for coffee and cocktails. Condo itself is exactly as pictured. Only issue is the beds are way too soft and couch could use an upgrade as it’s not so comfortable. But overall clean condo in a great location.」
