「This property has incredible views over mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea. There was no one on site when we checked in. We received a message telling us how to get the key. The rooms are small and need updating. Paint is peeling off the walls. Late at night the hot tap broke completely and there was no one around but luckily there was a stop valve under the sink. Not once was the toilet paper put on a roll dispenser. No soap ever put in the shower container. Apparently training for the housekeepers is minimal? The only staff on premise was the kitchen staff. 「We check in later at night but the hotel closed for something. We had a calling to them. The manager drives a car and guides us to check in the same stars hotel for us. The hotel closes to beach more with the buffet breakfast too. Such action in efficiency without any loss for clients are the trust.」
