Holiday Home “Nerja Capistrano Villa” with Sea View, Wi-Fi, Garden, Terrace & Shared Pool

In Nerja, the holiday home “Nerja Capistrano Villa” is located in a beautiful complex with 24 hour security and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with the family. The complex boasts beautiful gardens and paths, fountains as well as a pool with a bar and a restaurant. The 2-storey house with a sea and mountain view consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, cable television, children’s books and toys and a highchair. A crib for an infant (shown in the pictures of the property) is available for free. An extra crib and bed are also available for a fee – the price depends on the number of nights guests book (please contact the homeowner for more information about this). In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered) and a barbecue. Relax on the sun loungers in the garden and lose yourself in a good book. In the evening, enjoy delicious meals on the furnished terrace. In the complex, you will also find a shared outdoor area with a pool, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. Next to the building there is also a tennis court which can be used for an extra fee. Within a 10-minute walk you will reach restaurants, cafes and bars, the nearest supermarket is located just a 2-minute walk away (160 m) and a bus stop is just on front of the building. Burriana beach awaits your visit a 21-minute walk away (1.7 km) and Playa de Calahonda and Balcón de Europa can be reached on foot in 28 minutes (2.3 km).



Parking spaces are available in the complex, however, there are limited spaces which are delegated on a first come first serve basis. Pets are allowed. The pool is open during the summer season (normally March - September, however, please contact the homeowner to know exact opening times). Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

The owner provides a shuttle service that needs to be arranged with them directly, once the booking has been made.
