Lovely house with great outdoor space

Pros: We really loved the pool, jacussi & day bed. Jose, our host, was very responsive & accommodating. Cons: Unfortunately a pool was being installed in a neighbouring house with loud jackhammer noise spoiling several of our days. However Jose informed us of the standard building regulations (e.g. the times building work is permitted). And when we sent him a video showing they started working earlier he contacted the police who stopped the builders using the jackhammers completely so we were able to enjoy our last few days at the house.

Fantastic house!

The house is even lighter and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The communication with Maite, the owner, was excellent. Very comfortable house, good beds, well equipped . We loved the garden too, so well looked after.

Nice villa, great communication, would recommend.

We had a fantastic 10 days in this lovely villa. Location was good for us. But I would recommend the use of a car to get around as the walk back to the villa from the town or the beach is mostly uphill. The villa is less than 1/2 an hour walk from the balcon. The owner was very helpful and friendly, also easily contactable. The 1 minor negative would be the fact that there were no cleaning products of any kind or basic staples ie water, tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. Which meant we had to do a shop upon arrival. This wouldn't stop us staying again everything else was perfect and would highly recommend.

Casa de ensueño en Nerja

Muy buena casa de vacaciones en Nerja. La piscina, el jacuzzi, la cama balinesa, el equipamiento interior de la casa... todo muy bien. Positivo: casi todo. La cocina muy bien equipada para guisar. La casa en general, la limpieza, la piscina y el jacuzzi. Negativo: falta de aire acondicionado en el salón, falta de mosquiteras y el aparcamiento, bastante complicado.
