Excellent location & value for money. Room was cleaned every day, including clean bedding & towels. We had missing clothes hangers, when we asked for more hangers, they didn’t have any, which wasn’t ideal. But overall a nice stay, with a great sea & Balcon view. We would book again.

We booked a standard room and, although it was very outdated, we were initially happy because the balcony had a beautiful view of the Old Town and a partial ocean view. The balcony and view were honestly the best part of the room. After our first night, we woke up to find the bathroom full of water because the ceiling was leaking. We reported it immediately and were eventually moved to another standard room. We understood that things happen and weren’t expecting an upgrade, even though having to pack everything up and move because of a hotel maintenance issue was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the replacement room had a balcony facing directly toward another building with basically no view. It felt like a downgrade since the view was the only thing that made the original outdated room enjoyable. They did leave some fruit and a small apology card in the new room, which we appreciated. However, what really disappointed us was the way the situation was handled. The lady working there was not apologetic or friendly, and throughout our three-night stay she only interacted with my husband and made no effort to acknowledge me. I called the number provided and explained that I was disappointed about losing the view. The man told me the replacement was the same category I had paid for and that if I didn’t like it, I should complain to Expedia. This was not a cheap hotel, there are much nicer hotels around the area for a similar price.

Location is nice. Rooms were clean. Would choose better next time as check in is confusing and the staff are kind of unfriendly. Don’t get the breakfast it’s not good at all, there’s 3 options, bread, bacon or egg and that’s it, not really worth the price I paid AT ALL.

Great location for sight seeing, can be a little noisy in the mornings. Rooms basic but nice and clean. Time of year no receptionist so checking in a little frustrating. Buffet breakfast adequate if you get up before it runs out. Most staff very nice and helpful
