We had met the girls in the office for Nerja Parsdise Rentals prior to our stay as well as during and they couldn't have been any nicer. We were staying in the Villa while in Nerja to get married and on our arrival we were greeted by a lovely welcome package including cava! We couldn't recommend the villa any more or the team at Nerja Paradise Rentals who were superb to deal with. Great value, great setting and a superb villa. A second lilo would be nice (we loved the first one!)

the location, the cleanliness, the facilities, the customer service, communication and instructions from the villa team, all the little homely touches from decor to kitchen utensils - made our stay absolutely exquisite - better than we all imagined, the villa is a gorgeous mix of modern and spanish touches, the outdoor areas were fab, honestly cannot fault it. There was a few little welcome bits left which were a lovely touch but no bottled water - which is a must I feel. Especially as we arrived so late at night. A tiny small detail - easy fix

We had a fabulous time staying in Villa Perla, I even tried to rebook for next year but sadly it is already booked up for our dates. The photos of the Villa do not so it justice, it is much bigger and brighter. We had everything we needed, a nice home from home feeling. We made use of the pool, which was cleaned regularly. We liked that there was also plenty of shade as it was extremely hot when we were there. The pool is overlooked by apartments at the back but this did not bother us. We also liked the terrace at the front of the villa for a morning coffee in the sun or to escape to the shade in the afternoon. The location of the villa was perfect, a 5-10 minute walk to birrianna beach and 10-15 minutes to the balcon. There is also a friendly bar just 30 seconds walk away.

It was very clean and well decorated . All the necessary appliances available. Beautiful views from spacious terraces. Lovely pool area ,pool maintained regularly during stay too. Staff went above and beyond helping arrange transfers for us at a reasonable price. Drivers arrived promptly. Thank you. I am currently looking to book a stay for next year Only thing that could maybe be of help( minor issue for sure) is labelling the keys

Very happy with our stay!

Excellent communications leading up to our visit, very friendly staff. Large common living space for our party of five, lots of closet and storage place. We loved being close to Burriana beach. Coat hooks by the front door, full length mirror, mirror in each bedroom, make beach chairs available for renters to use, keep kitchen equipment and supplies up-to-date (we had to buy our own potato peelers, teapot and knives). We would have loved to have a Nespresso machine!

Fantastic Villa

Just back from a four day break at this villa, and it is superb. There were four adults in our group and the villa is comfortably large enough to accommodate 4 people and 6 if you are a larger party. Very well equipped, and situated about a 5-10 mins walk from Burriana beach (steep hill down to and back up if less able bodied, but fine for us) and a 15-20 walk to Balcon de Europa area and the older part of town which as loads of choice of bars and restaurants.Communication with the property managers was superb, and after letting them know that we would be arriving around lunchtime (check in being 1600) they agreed that we could drop our bags off. We arrived to find that the villa had already been cleaned, and were able to settle in early and make the most of our first day in Nerja. There was also a bottle of water and a bottle of wine left for us on arrival, which was also a nice touch.Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone visiting Nerja.

Villa Perla June 23

This is our 7th villa holiday in various locations and we especially liked the location and access to amenities, it was quiet and we could walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. We were impressed by the speed at which a few minor issues were resolved and the customer service from the company. We did have an issue with the online check in but you allowed us to check in on arrival. One issue I should have mentioned with the villa is that the steps to access the pool needed to be used with care as they have no rubber treads making entrance / exit slippery on the feet. There looked to be holes where treads would be fitted.
