Second stay at Villa Rayo de Sol

This was our second stay in the villa as we had been here before in the summer, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We had a problem with one of the patio doors not locking and it was sorted out very quickly, thanks to Caroline and Belen for the great service, we will be back again.

Nerja has all we need for a holiday so we keep coming back

Really nice Villa for the two of us in a great position with excellent facilities, a very good TV, large living room with great balcony, and we slept very well. Loved the view and like the staff at Paradise as they are always very helpful. I have used this company three times and will do so again. Very good selection of accommodation. The property opposite, sat in front of the pool side facing the sea, has large trees over-hanging into this property, so may I suggest cutting them back to stop the leaves falling into the pool?. Also a possible handle or strap, on the inside of the garage door, as we are only 5 foot tall it was a little difficult opening and closing the door !!

Perfect house

Really nice house, exactly like the pictures, with perfect location - a short walk from both the beach and the city. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Sunlight on the balcony all day until around 4p.m in mid/late November. Only minus is that there was limited sunlight in the outdoor space on the lower floor where the pool was, but I think it’s better during summer-months.

Superb views. Quiet and safe. Well equipped and comfortable. Very good value. Agent kept in phone contact throughout to make sure all was well. Had early access to the property, arranged the day before arrival. It's possible to lock yourself out on the balcony! This really isn't safe. We used a towel to make sure the door stayed open. Warn visitors that the garage space is tight and only suitable for a small car (we did have a small car so ok for us).

Lovely villa, perfect location. Very quiet area with the most perfect views. Villa has everything you need for a home from home stay. Maybe a few extra pillows for the beds. And maybe a few cleaning products left in a cupboard, for general sweeping and wiping over bathrooms.

The team at nerja paradise rentals were brilliant from start to finish, we had trouble locating the property initially as our taxi dropped us at the wrong location but someone was on hand to come & show us to the villa without hesitation! Very good communication throughout from when we booked right through to when we left! Great location, walking distance to Burriana beach & also to the centre of town. The villa was very clean & well equipped with all the necessary essentials needed for our stay.

Very comfortable villa

The terrace was amazing. Great size with a fantastic view. The living area was a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The master bedroom was lovely and the other two bedrooms were adequate. The location is just perfect being walking distance to everything so no need for a car. One of the best villas we have stayed in when in Nerja. I cannot think of anything to improve our stay. Although the pool is small is was perfect for a dip after shopping/beach and great for 2 small children. Would have loved to be able to use the Alamar 1 pool. Perhaps an arrangement could be made with them?

Det er en utrolig dejlig bolig med en smuk udsigt til bugten fra terrassen . Beliggenheden er i top. Rolige omgivelser samtidigt med alt er indefra gå afstand både de lækre strande, promenaden, gågaderne og Europaplads m.m. Selve boligen er lys og venlig med store vinduer i stue og køkkenafdelingen. Alt var rent og i pæn stand. Vi nød vores ferie i denne skønne bolig og Paradise Rentals var meget serviceminded og fulgte hele tiden op på, om vi manglede noget. Vi vil helt sikkert leje denne bolig igen.

Fantastische plek en een terras met adembenemend uitzicht waar je geen genoeg van krijgt. Prima uitgangspunt voor tripjes en wandelingen binnen 15 - 45 min. rijden. Helaas was het bed kort en hard, de lakens en dekens te klein, parasol en standaard werkte niet en de airco ter verwarming voor de avond deed het ook niet. Toch een top vakantie gehad!

Great location

Ideal location with wonderful views from the large balcony. The villa needs some maintenance - a few loose floor tiles. the clothes dryer was broken and some better bed quilt covers, otherwise a perfect stay. Victoria was a perfect host.
