Great Location
This was a really good location and the building is very nice - and quiet. The apartment is easy to get in and out of. The pool is lovely.Perhaps it is because of the time of year we went, but there were no easy parking spots. I waited and drove around for a long time to find a spot close to the apartment. Finally I found a public parking garage but it was very expensive. It was not a far walk. I wish I was told that this parking garage was the best option as I wasted a lot time driving around the city looking for a spot. There was a slight stench coming from the drains in the bathroom. Maybe it is because the apartment was not used much, but it effected our sleep the first night. I realized where the smell was coming from and sprinkled some bleach that was left in the apartment into the drain and kept the bathroom door shut which all seemed to help. The kitchen does come equipped, but not with the best quality of items. I could not figure out the coffee machine - maybe it was broken, but I rigged something to be able to drink my coffee. There are some cleaning supplies that were helpful. There was some salt and pepper and sugar, but the other items (like the oil) were sketchy. The sheets and bed were not the most comfortable but after a day at the beach and a few sangrias, it was all just fine.Overall, I would say for the price, that this was a good value. The location is great and the apartment is nice. The property manager is very responsive and lovely as well.
