The house is very nice and fully equipped. It has a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. It has an ample size private parking lot. Although address is easily accessible, GPS doesn't help you to find it easily. I followed host's directions. I am attaching a google map picture to show where to exist from main road to get to the house. There is a mini market in walking distance.

Spacious and well equipped property in a delightful location with great views from the balcony. Conveniently placed halfway between Como and Bellagio with a regular bus service on the doorstep and a great little grocery shop within walking distance. Absolutely no need for a car although anyone with mobility issues should bear in mind that the roads and cobbled streets of Nesso are challengingly steep!

Get Apartment with view of Lake

This was a great apartment. The views of the lake are fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting and have a glass of wine in the evenings. There was a wonderful restaurant next door. Be aware that the roads from Como are very narrow if you are going to drive and it is a 30-40 minute drive. There is a bus stop right outside so it was easy to get to Como and Bellagio.

Spectacular views!

Great apartment for our family. Can’t believe how beautiful the view of Lake Como was from this place. The location is in Nesso which is half way between Como and Bellagio. We made this house as our base and made day trips which gave us a nice balance of being tourists during the day and enjoying a very peaceful view in the evenings. There is a bus stop near the apartment.

Perfect getaway

The perfect getaway for lake Como. Between Como and Bellagio. Beautiful apartment in the heart of Nesso without the hustle of Como or Bellagio but close enough to visit by ferry or bus. Great kitchen, stocked with basic staples like olive oil, condiments etc.

Fabulous Nesso stay

This is a wonderful traditional apartment with all the comforts you will need. The views are breathtaking. There is parking for a car but leave it there and catch the bus from the bottom of the driveway. It will save the stress of driving on the very narrow road. The ferry is a steep path downhill but catch a bus back and you won’t have to worry about the climb back. There is a great bar/cafe across the road and a very nice restaurant 100 metres away. We loved our time here and highly recommend it.

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend in einer tollen Unterkunft

Der Urlaub am Comer See in Nesso war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend, sehr groß und vor allem der Ausblick von der Terrasse, wo wir gefrühstückt und abends gesessen haben, ist phantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit John (Eigentümer) und Djego (Cousin un Ansprechpartner vor Ort) war völlig entspannt. Dank der guten Busverbindung (Bushaltestelle mit kleinem Café unmittelbar vor dem Grundstück) nach Como und Bellagio mit Anschluss an Fähre und sonstigen Bootstouren haben wir das Auto bis zur Abreise überhaupt nicht bewegt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Von hieraus nochmals viele Grüße und vielen Dank an John und Djego. Anmerkung: Man sollte vorzugsweise mit einen Automatik anreisen, da die Straßen- und deren Steigungsverhältnisse (u.a. Auffahrt zum Grundstück) teilweise „nicht ganz einfach“ sind.

Prachtig huis in Nesso

Amazing views

Lovely property, in great area. In need of updating, but comfortable with everything you need. Had some great meals on the balcony. Ferry to lots of places on lake 10mins walk away.

Peaceful Nesso

My wife, 3 year old son and I all really enjoyed our stay in Nesso. It was a peaceful town to stay in with a short walk to the market and waterfall and there was a private place to park. It is also located right next to the bus stop if wanting to go to Como or Bellagio by bus instead of driving. Nesso was a great place to stay since easy to get to Como and Bellagio and then ferries from there with or without a car. The host was very responsive to inquiries and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip at our home away from home and hope to go visit again in the future!
