A great family-run hotel

We stayed at Delphi for 5 nights whilst visiting family. It’s a great family-run hotel with an amazing (and very popular) Greek restaurant downstairs The rooms were amazing and the team could not do enough to make our stay memorable (for all the right reasons!). We will be staying here again when we come back next time!

Billig overnatning tæt på Hamborg

Et udmærket hotel for en enkelt overnatning. Prisen er meget rimelig. Pænt og rent. Byen byder på et godt udvalg af spisesteder og indkøbsmuligheder. Skråvægge en meget hård madras og mangel på parkering, trækker ned i den samlede bedømmelse.

Het inchecken was erg makkelijk, de receptionist kwam erg snel en na invullen van gegevens konden we meteen de kamer op. De kamer was smaakvol ingericht, mooi schoon, bedden waren prima, stevig en zakten niet door. Prettige verlichting, heerlijke koffiemachine en thee. De badkamer was goed ingericht, licht en schoon. Misschien had de wastafel iets groter gekund maar we hebben ons er prima mee gered. Goede verduisterende gordijnen en een gezellig uitzicht op het Griekse terras van het bijbehorende Griekse restaurant. In het restaurant hebben we 2x gegeten en ook hier niets dan lof. Vriendelijke bediening, goede service en heerlijk eten. We hebben een topverblijf gehad.

NICE

We were just passing Hampurg on our roadtrip and this hotel was a perfect place for some rest and relax. There is an extremely delicious Greek restaurant downstairs and we ordered some food to our room and it was just perfect. Nice bakery on the other side of road if you are not interested about their breakfast (there was private party on their restaurant on Sunday morning, so they couldn’t serve breakfast).

Der Check in war unkompliziert und wir konnten sogar eher unser Zimmer mit drei Personen beziehen. Alles sauber, jedoch ist das Zustellbett sehr unbequem und hat nur eine ganz dünne Matratze.

Sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Allerdings ist der kleine Kühlschrank ziemlich laut. Schön, dass Kaffee und Tee zur Zubereitung bereit stehen.

Das Delphi Hotel und Restaurant ist ein modernes Hotel. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, modernes Bad usw. Gegenüber ist ein Lidl Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation ist immer sehr gut. Wenn mal früher anreisen möchte, ist das ( bei Buchungslage) bei mir möglich gewesen. Wünsche wie " in ruhiger Lage" wurden auch beachtet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Dazu ist das Griechische Restaurant unter dem Hotel sehr gut. Der beste Grieche zwischen Harburg und Stade!

Ordentlich, sauber und schön ausgestattet. Parkpätze sind etwas knapp und fast immer komplett belegt( denke weil Restaurant Besucher). Die Einfahrt zum Hotel/Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig, da diese an der Hauptstraße liegt und das Abbiegen für die Einfahrt manchmal nur über die angrenzenden Nachbargeschäfte möglich ist. Waren zum 2.ten Mal hier. Perfekt wäre ein Fahrstuhl, denke allerdings das die Bauart des Hauses dies nicht zu ließ. Ganz toll ist die wunderschöne Deko immer im Treppenhaus. Sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

Wieder einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt im Hotel und Restaurant Delphi. Die Kommunikation vorab ist Top. Auf Anfragen wird schnell geantwortet. Wünsche werden erfüllt, sofern es die Buchungslage zulässt . Auch schön: ich habe vor der Anreise um ein zweites Bettlaken gebeten zum zudecken. Es war die ersten Tage noch sehr warm. Bei meiner Ankunft lag wie gewünscht das extra Bettlaken. Da haben andere Hotels schon Schwierigkeiten... WLAN und TV Empfang sind sehr gut. Fenster sind Schallgedämmt. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist auch im Zimmer sowie eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. Und eine Flasche gratis Wasser . Das griechische Restaurant unter dem Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich ein Lidl Markt und eine Filiale der Bäckerei Konditorei Junge. Am Anfang der Bahnhofstraße ( zu Fuß drei Minuten vom Hotel) befindet sich auch ein Kiosk mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Eine 24 Stunden Tankstelle ( Jet) ist ebenso in der Nähe. Zur Autobahn Richtung Bremen und Schleswig Holstein ist es nur ein kurzer Weg. Perfekt.

Erstmal angemerkt: Der Service ( Kommunikation, Sonderwünsche usw.) in diesem Hotel durch die Hotelmanagerin sind sehr sehr gut. Auf die Wünsche wird eingegangen ( sofern Buchungslage es ermöglicht) . Man bekommt hier IMMER eine passende, schnelle Antwort auf Fragen per E-Mail oder Expedia Messenger. Das ist super. Das ist in anderen Hotels leider nicht immer so. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber eingerichtet. Das WLAN und der ( nicht zu kleine ) Fernseher sind sehr gut im Empfang. Desweiteren gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das griechische Restaurant unter dem Hotel ist eines der besten im Umkreis. Natürlich kann man sich das Essen auch mit aufs Hotelzimmer nehmen. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vorhanden. Sollte es dort mal eng werden gibt es in direkter Umgebung auch Parkmöglichkeiten. Direkt Gegenüber ist zum Beispiel ein Lidl Supermarkt. Das Haus liegt an der Bundesstraße 73. Da kann es schon mal vorkommen das man den Autoverkehr hört. Interessant finde ich das an den Wochenenden Nachts tatsächlich jede Stunde ein Bus zwischen S- Bahn Neuwiedental, Neugraben, Neu Wulmstorf und zurück fährt der dann fast direkt am Hotel hält. Da kann man auch Mal in Hamburg feiern gehen ohne das man einen Fußweg von der S-Bahn machen muss.
