- New duplex, sea view and central. Located 100m from the beach, restaurants and shops: ideal location!
In R+1, equipped kitchen/living room with a 140x190 convertible sofa, extendable table (4-10 people), television (80 cm), dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, games and beach equipment, board games.
In R+2 (Top floor), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Parental bedroom 1 with sea view equipped with a 160x200 bed, a wardrobe and a desk area to work in peace. Bedroom 2 equipped with 2 twin beds 70x190 that can be put together (zip duvet) with the possibility of putting a cot or an extra bed available.
Sheets and towels available with extra cost if needed :

The apartment is fully equipped for your baby (bathtub, socket cover, high chair). We can provide a baby bed on request.
