「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Le logement est parfait pour deux couples avec enfants : piscine hors-sol, balançoire, ping-pong, billard… Le terrain clos est idéal pour des enfants en bas âge. Le logement est très bien équipé, notamment en cuisine. Belles pièces et espace extérieur charmant, au calme et à 15min de voiture de Cognac. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !」

「We really enjoyed our week at this property. Our boys loved the pool and spent many hours regardless of the weather. The pool table wasn’t quite as they’d hoped as it didn’t sit flat, but they still played a game or two. We didn’t try the bikes as one had a flat tyre. 「Very comfortable with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of outdoor space and we loved the pool. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and enjoyable days out. Saintes was a particular favourite. Nothing went wrong but we felt reassured that Bernal would sort out any problems. Grateful thanks.」

Accueil très très adapté (nous sommes restés à l'arrêt un peu plus d'une heure pour cause d'accident routier).lieu pittoresque décoration historique dans le meilleur sens qui soit. Tout est beau. Les petits (9, 8, 7, 7 ,4 et 4 )ont fait un voyage dans le temps 😅. Très bien équipé, jeux pour les enfants intérieurs et extérieurs. Le top c'est la cour fermée, pas trop de surveillance constante. 「Ancienne bâtisse typique de la Charente, restaurée de façon harmonieuse. Nicolas, le propriétaire, est à l'écoute et bienveillant ses hôtes. Cette maison est spacieuse et respecte bien le descriptif de l'annonce. Parfaitement équipée, que ce soit au niveau des sanitaires, de la cuisine, du séjour etc..Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, la maison est située dans un cadre magnifiquement arboré et fleuri. Nous recommandons vivement ce havre de paix pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.」

「Nous avons passé une semaine super. Je tiens à remercier une nouvelle fois Mme DA SILVA pour son accueil et sa gentillesse car elle a accepté nos deux chiennes. Le gîte est propre, lumineux et bien équipé. La piscine est partagée avec un deuxième gîte mais à chaque fois que nous y sommes allés, nous étions seuls. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité à pied ou en voiture. Prévoir juste de l'antimoustique pour le soir et la nuit si vous dormez les fenêtres ouvertes. Je recommande vivement !」

Sa situation est favorable en face d'une espace verte, dont une partie est aménagée comme parking pour l'école primaire et le collège de la commune. Le quartier résidentiel est très calme. Une boulangerie-pâtisserie et un restaurant sont situés à 50 mètres. Un Carrefour Express à 300 mètres. 「Loved the outside area, pool is lovely and welcome with the heat in our 2nd week (~38C). Eating outside, under the cover of the wisteria plant was also a pleasure to avoid the sun. House is nice, particularly eating and living areas although the kitchen could be equipped better (utensils, mugs etc), but we managed ok. 「Groot huis aan de rand van Léoville met 4 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers (waarvan 1 ensuite). Prachtig grote tuin waar je op elk moment van de dag in de zon of schaduw kunt zitten. Vanuit de tuin keek je over mooie velden met bloemen. Het zwembad was mooi en had precies de goede maat voor onze 3 kinderen van 3, 5 en 6 jaar. In de schuur stond heel veel speelgoed en vooral de voetbaltafel was een groot succes. Er is ook genoeg te doen in de omgeving. We hebben verschillende plaatsjes bezocht...

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Jo's kleinen Cottage. Das Cottage hat eine schöne Lage in der Stadt, zu Fuss kann man den Hafen besuchen, auch Bäckerei und Supermarkt gibt es in der Nähe. Das Cottage ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr über die vorhandenen Badehandtücher für den Strand gefreut. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön zu nutzen im Sommer. Talmont ist eine Reise wert und die Strände in Meschers waren toll. Auch Bordeaux oder die Ile de Re kann man per Auto erreichen....
