The ground floor 3-room apartment is laid out with laminate, the bathroom tiled. The living room has. u. a. a comfortable seating area with a sofa, a cozy wing chair with footstool and a dining area. A flat screen TV is naturally present. In the larger of the two bedrooms overlooking the beautiful garden there is a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) and a larger closet, the smaller bedroom has a farnzösischen bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) and a closet furnishings. There is also in the apartment, of course, a shower room / WC and a separate fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer and plenty of dishes and cutlery.
