Nestled in the heart of historic Nevada City, this basement studio is a perfect opportunity to enjoy our beautiful little town and all that it has to offer. Located a few doors up from the Methodist Church, it provides a private setting with off street parking within the city limits. Walk to shops, restaurants, walking trails and more. Newly remodeled with a kitchen and private patio.

Charming studio with everything you need

Tina is a wonderful host! The studio is even better than the photos. Charming decor and also very functional… A suitcase stand! Hangers! The kitchenette did not lack anything and the bathroom was fully stocked with fluffy towels, a hairdryer, magnifying mirror etc… I felt safe and comfy as a solo traveller.

Excellent Location

We stayed Friday and Saturday nights. The steep driveway is not for the faint of heart if you drive a full size pick-up truck but once you've arrived it is an excellent location. Roomy studio and easy to walk a block into town. Recommend for agile adults due to the uneven brick walkway and tall entry door steps down into the studio. Loved the fireplace on our 2 December nights! Recommend including an event at the Foundry and dinner at the National Hotel. Hoping to return soon.
