The house accommodates a maximum of 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups seeking comfort and authenticity.

On the ground floor, you will find a generous living and dining room of 40 m2, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, creating a convivial space for shared meals and relaxed evenings. This area opens directly onto the garden and the terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features 2 single beds measuring 100 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room with WC. A separate WC is also available on this level. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the ground floor layout and serves as a functional hub for the household.

On the upper floor, you will discover 2 additional bedrooms, both characterized by sloping ceilings that add to the property's rustic charm. The first upper-floor bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second features 3 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. These 2 rooms are interconnecting. A shower room and a separate WC serve the upper floor. Please be aware that the bath adjoining the bedroom is a hip bath. The bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping configurations exist than the stated maximum occupancy, the limit of 7 guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
