Nice staff, spacious room, great breakfast & view
I would definitely recommend this hotel, which is recommended to me by a friend. The staff are nice and helpful. Free pick-up from Kayseri Airport was offered when we booked Balloon flight (eventually cancelled because of the weather) and Green Tour from the hotel by emails. Valerie, the front desk staff, gave us very detailed information and suggestions for our trip. Since we came back late because of the cancelled balloon flight, we couldn't have our luggages organized before 11 (time for check out), an extra hour was kindly provided when we called the front desk. The suites are big and comfortable. The bathtub is spacious, quite enough for 2 adults and maybe one child together. Snacks (the marshmallow covered by chocolate is great)and fruits are provided free. The breakfast is really good, especially the omelet with cheese is so delicious. You can order it from the chef. We came back from unsuccessful balloon flight late and there were only 10 minutes left according to the breakfast service time. But the chef and other staff didn't leave or rush and gave us enough time to enjoy the meal and the view.

Spacious and exotic room experience, nice service
The hotel is supreme, no matter the service or the room it self. The receptionist (French lady) speaks quite fluent English and truly helpful. She arranged a quite satisfying 3 days tour for us. The room is also amazing . Never experienced like these kind of hotel before. Spacious room ( ca 60m2) with bathtub.

Highly recommend Grand Cave Suites, whatever in front desk or in restaurant the staffs were extremely hospitality and helpful, they can satisfy all you needed. Spacious room with giant Jacuzzi. I was pleasantly surprised!!

酒店并不是所有的房间都是天然洞穴房间，如果一定要住的话，要注意说明。酒店所处的位置不错，很安静也很安全。房间里的暖气很足，按摩浴缸也很舒服。早餐丰富。唯一不足的就是住了3晚，房间一次都没有主动打扫和整理，浴巾也没有更换。

地理位置優越, 服務不錯, 由於旅遊淡季, 免費升級房間, 原本訂了二人房, 最後給了家庭房, 十分讚賞! 房間大, 浴室大得可擺放一張雙人床。 餐廳觀景值得一讚, 住了三晚, 每天早上看著奇特風景吃早餐, 心情極佳!

Grand cave locates in a high level but can walk 2 mins to town. Service is very good, helping us to make the reservation for pumpkin restautant, explain the room facility, very delicious breakfast, good view from terrace.

The best service I ever had
My friend and I arrived in the early moring around 7:30.we just want to drop our bags in the hotel and go for a tour. But the hotel staff told us the room is ready,we can check in, taking a fresh shower and have breakfast!!! It's the best service I ever had. A lot of hotels don't give customer early check in even they have room. Besides, the staff gave us a ride to bus station when we went to back to pick our bag in checkout day. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel Is located in a quiet place,only 6mins from bus station, but my friend and I found the hotel was also closed to high hill where you can view the whole town from top.

ホテルならスタッフがとても親身になって対応してくれます。とても満足できるホテルでした。 ツアーの手配、空港までのバスの手配をこちらの要望を詳しく聞いて行ってくれます。 受付のお姉さんは見た目は怖かったのですが、すごく優しい人です。おじさんの2人は両方とも顧客に寄り添ってくれます。困ってることがあれば力になろうとしてくれます。 部屋については眺望がすばらしく、清潔で綺麗な部屋でした。 繁華街も徒歩で行ける距離にあり大満足の宿泊でした。

nobody cared about us. There was no hospitality at all. The breakfast was very bad. The rooms are incredibly bad, everything is old. There were 3 hangers in the wardrobe and they broke when I picked them up.

Good stay
The hotel was nice, located a bit at the edge of town but very close to all the restaurants and other amenities. Cappadocia is very touristy, so the staff know what they are doing. Breakfast was a bit meager but acceptable. Recommend.

Fabulous staff, we got in pretty late and staff managed to sort out a last minute transfer and we're super welcoming and friendly despite it being 2am. Very attentive throughout the stay.
