Çocuklarla Family Room deneyimi
8 ve 11 yaş çocuklarımızla family room'da konakladık. Otelin konumu, odanın manzarası, temizliği, konforu, personel ilgisi, kahvaltısı 4/4'lük bir deneyim yaşadık. Odamız hem 5 kişinin konaklayacağı bir alana sahipti hem de 2 banyodan oluşuyordu. Odanın girişinde bir dinlenme alanı, çay&kahve imkanımız vardı. Tüm bunların yanında en önemlisi penceresi olan bir 'cave' otel olduğundan oda hem ışık alıyor hem de havalandırma imkanı oluyordu. Bahar mevsimi olduğundan geceleri soğuk bir mevsim olsa da odanın ısınması da oldukça iyiydi. Bir daha gidecek olsak aynı yerde konaklayacağımız kadar memnun kaldık.

Stunning views, unique hotel and extremely welcoming staff and owners. Any request we had big or small was met without hesitation by the hotel manager, Gülden and the owner, Mr. Mehmet. I’m not sure when Mr. Mehmet slept because he was always around to assist us. Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Özcan made our 3 day stay feel as if we were staying at their home. We look forward to our next stay at Kistar!

First of all, thank you for choosing us, we apologize for the internet problem you have experienced. But, this problem has occurred systematically and is not related to our hotel. We tried to deal with this problem as soon as possible. your room is the original 1000-year-old cave. Since the Cappadocia region is a protected area, it is not possible to make a window. When you go to the garden, the whole view and the valley are in sight. We are sorry for that. Thank you for your understanding, have a healthy day Best Regards

Nice but needs an improvement for some stuff.
I guess this hotel is pretty new. Many things were missing. There’s bagel in the breakfast. They bought a few of them. Sometimes after they said they don’t have anymore. You pay for the breakfast and you don’t get what you have to get. Other things was good for the breakfast was fine. All the personnel were helpful. And the owner was pretty helpful too. Overall it was nice but somethings need to be improved. They don’t have TV for example etc..

This review is super super belated! It's been almost two years since our honeymoon stay at Kistar but I really owe them this review. Room is absolutely clean, toilet is really spacious and the balcony/window overlooks Pigeon Valley. Spectacular view. Nice lounge, good breakfast spread and we really feel warm and welcome. There's also some shops and eateries nearby for your evening snack and supper. Lastly, the boss who is the giant old uncle is such a sweetie!

It was great with views, clean and comfortable room and nice breakfast but was just too expensive. It didn’t look so when I saw the price in TL on the website but when it was converted to my currency, it came out differently.

It was a great location to stay as it was quiet with beautiful scenery by the view of pigeon alley away from central of Cappadocia. During sunrise, we're able to catch the view of the hot air balloon. The boss, Mr Muhammad and his wife was really kind and humble. Never failed to greet us every day and made us felt at home. The receptionists, Murat and Gülden were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our family members and friends. We will definitely come back here again! Thank you for making our stay a splendid one! We felt much love from all of you.

Otel çalışanlari gayet güler yüzlü kibar insanlar. Otelin manzarasi, konumu, iç dekorasyonu gayet güzel. Tek sıkıntımız yatağın konforunun iyi olmamasıydı. 2 tek kişilik yatak birleştirilip çift kişilik yapıldığı için pek rahat değildi. Genel olarak aldığımız hizmetten memnun kaldık.

A beautiful hotel with great views
Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is located close to the Uchisar castle and convenient for the local shops and walking distance to some of the restaurants The view of pigeon valley is stunning from our stone room which also had a terrace. The rooms are clean and spacious. The style of the hotel is an elegant mixture of the old and new with old pieces scattered around the hotel. Quite beautiful The staff are friendly and kind but English is limited to one who speak fairly well
