「The Captain’s Cabin was charming, beautifully decorated, and VERY comfy! Jan and Tammy certainly went above and beyond with communication and treats including Christmas cookies! Our stay was just an overnight so we did not get a chance to appreciate the outdoor activities that the cabin grounds allowed (lake, stream, canoeing)…. Maybe we need a return trip?We would highly recommend the Captain’s Cabin. Beautifully maintained, very clean, well appointed, and it is just like sleeping in a movie...

「Very clean. Loved the tub. Nice to have owners close/on site. Much better than dealing with a "rental company". Very spacious without feeling like wasted space. Just and FYI, if you're coming in winter, pay attention to the weather. The driveway can be a little dicey with snow. 」

「My family enjoyed our stay cause we were together. Cleanliness of house did not met my standards. Dishwasher flooded kitchen at first use. No response after messaging owner. Dishes were washed by hand, dried with paper towels as only one drying tea towel. This house sleeps 9. Only 5 chairs for high top table. 6 forks in kitchen. No directions for leaving house so we just followed instructions from other rentals. 」

「Yes!! It was amazing how well equipt the kitchen was. We brought our food and thought they would have a microwave. When we got there i found they had a complete kitchen. Sooo nice. 」

「The overall stay was not bad. The neighborhood is terrible, the house it self was not terrible either but when I brought us some sanitary issues with the property management he acted like he did not know. I asked for my cleaning fee back that was included in the price with no response back. The communication stopped after the stay was over and nothing being done afterward! Beware of the property is all I have to say.」

「The location was fantastic! We went to the Christmas market, uncle boojie’s, dinner at Paseo! I loved the quaint little neighborhood and its proximity to good restaurants and bars.The house was cozy and comfortable. James had good communication and for three bedrooms, it was a good price for the stay. A lot of sweet touches.Things are a little dated and the master bathroom shower could use a refresh, but overall the place was a good solution and the owners were thoughtful and the house had a lot...
