“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!”

“The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. “We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch.”

“ Oh WOW. This is truly the cutest, most memorable place that we have ever stayed. How they made the small footprint feel so roomy still amazes us. All the homey touches made it all so cozy. The square/pavilion across the street had a concert while we were there and was a fun surprise. Just a 5 min walk and you'll find a convenience store, restaurants, a hardware store, and pharmacy.. We are trying to find a reason to go back.Thank you Dianne... for the entre……

“We stayed here for our son’s tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park. It was a little hard to find at first, but Antonietta was great and met us at the road. Then showed us how to get to the cabin. It is certainly isolated and beautiful. The cabin itself is amazing, comfy, and equipped with everything you need. It felt like home away from home. We happened to show up during the worst heat wave in some time and Antonietta was able to accommodate us with ac units for each bedroom upstairs. So……

“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”
