“Very large apartment..washer and dryer was a bonus! I love the neighborhood. There’s a historic church with a courtyard and play ground that was great for day time strolling. Night time was beautiful with a great ambiance. Poppy’s restaurant downstairs was amazing. As was Morgan’s tavern and grill. There was a menu in the unit which was very helpful cause I’ve never been in this area. I’m glad I picked this rental instead of one of the local hotels. If I come back to the area I’m definitely……

“Beautiful property situated less than 100 feet from shopping and dining, but wonderfully quiet in apartment - couldn't ask for more! Was concerned at first at steep stairway entering (a bit afraid of heights if I have to look down), but used back stairs the rest of the time without any issue. Laundry on site was a big plus. Kitchen spotless; apartment tasteful and comfortable - thank you for a wonderful stay, David!”

“Very small studio apartment.Very musty, despite contious AC usage.Effected ability to breath and sleep comfortably.I replaced shower curtain, original had mold and was well used.There was a TV but no remote, when I inquired about this was told it was on coffee table. My response to owner was no remote and no coffee table at that point i was ghosted and received no further response from owner. So was unable to use TV the entire stay.”

“Kitchen was big and nice. A few small things. - Portable dishwasher was not actually connected to water source and so couldn't be used, but there was nothing to let us know that. It was actually plugged in; we left it unplugged.- A teakettle would have been nice as it would notify us when water we put on the stove reached the boiling point.- The toaster was very cheap and burned toast on the top while not cooking the toast in the middle. This happened multiple times.- It would be helpful if……
