Charming 3 bed 2 bath waterfront home in the high demand neighborhood of River Bend in New Bern. Sit out on the patio and enjoy beautiful nature and water views. Watch squirrels jump from tree to tree. Be as active or relax as much as you want. 15 minutes from historical downtown New Bern. 45 minutes to the gorgeous Emerald Isle and other beaches. Close to numerous restaurants, waterfront restaurants and bars with live bands. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, and the ambiance this little treasure has to offer. Boat rentals nearby to enjoy the Neuse River.

Peaceful
Very clean and is area is very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the view of fishing boats up and down the channels. Only negative is the beds are high and if you are short it was a challenge to get into, but they were very comfortable. Would use this "casita" again.

This home is so comfortable and convenient for our family Thanksgiving. It is very close to family members that live in New Bern. It’s nice to have a home away from home that is so clean and comfortable with a great kitchen. We love the water view.

Annual Hunting Trip
We usually stay in a hotel but this year decided to rent a house to have more room. This was a game changer for this trip! It was like being at home. The house was amazing, clean, and comfortable. We will book this house for our trip every year in the future!

Great stay and house!!
We stayed in this cottage while we were waiting for our house to be finished. It was easy to contact the owners with questions and they were very responsive. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with several cute restaurants nearby and shopping also convenient! The owners make sure the people staying there are comfortable!
