Cliff View 13

The condos are in a great location with a wonderful river front area to float, play, and relax! It's perfect for small kids, as the water is shallow at the bank so they can fish and catch crawdads and minnows! The condo itself was well stocked with all the amenities. We cooked every night and had everything we needed! This is our second time to stay at this location, but our first at this condo. We will always try to book with Jessica in the future! She was very responsive and a great host!

Memorial Day 2020

Overall just perfect! Jessica was easy to contact, the house was clean, had everything we needed, and the perfect location! Access to and from the water was super easy. 1 thing I would change is at the bottom under the home where you can gather while Grilling, playing games, etc the concrete is smooth and very slick. We had 2 different people walking through and due to rain, and coming from river with flip flops had fallen. Maybe an outdoor rug to place in the walk way to the stairs while there. Thank you Jessica for sharing your home!

May River Trip

The house is very nice with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house was well stocked and clean. When we arrived, the house had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite the strict no smoking policy. After a couple of days, the cigarette smoke smell went away. I had expected the house to be right on the river and it is not, I wasn’t able to see the river from the house but it was only a short walk or drive to the river from the house. I was glad we were able to drive and park our vehicle on the private river beach.
