We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully furnished home. It was clean and plenty of space for us. The resort is not finished but I’m sure it will be lovely when it is. Jacob was attentive to our needs and came out to help us when we got locked out of the house. Overall a good weekend.
We loved the house and enjoyed the stay. We had an issue with the water when we got there but the management team fixed it asap. They did a great job. The property is still in the construction phase. We did not mind that but some might. All around it was a good stay.
The house was gorgeous, clean and was on a great piece of property. Comfortable furniture. Felt like home away from home. Lots of new build going on so it’ll be nice to see the final results of the whole property. We are definitely coming back.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! The modern and stylish furniture, along with the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a true home away from home. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Although it was our first time at this particular cabin, we’ve stayed at the one next door before, and once again, Jacob was an exceptional host. His hospitality and communication were top-notch throughout our stay. We created some amazing family memories here and are already looking forward to our next trip!
We enjoyed our stay August 17-19. The cabin was cute and great for 6 guests. The a/c kept up decently with temperatures over 100 degrees. The only complaint was lack of hot water in the master bathroom.
We would stay here again.
House is exactly as shown, fairly new, nice, clean. The overall property neighborhood is not what we thought, most of the houses are abandoned, some appear to be in current renovation, but many are completely abandoned . Roads are really bad, I would consider this if you have a sedan that is lower to the ground. My Toyota Camry bottoms out on in some places. Property manager seems to be very attentive, though I did not have to call for anything as we did not have any problems with the house.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
We booked this Hill Country property because I grew up visiting the area and love it. The photos made it look beautiful, but our experience didn’t match. Our arrival started poorly. The owner sent us our unique check in code to unlock the door, but the code didn’t work, leaving us locked out in 100 heat for 45 minutes with two small children while trying to reach him.Inside, we discovered no functioning hot water. The owner asked us to check his propane tank but never fixed it, leaving only lukewarm water all weekend—barely enough to bathe our kids, certainly not for normal showers or dishes.Cleanliness was disappointing: spiderwebs on multiple surfaces, no towels in bathrooms (only damp ones left in the dryer), and dirty cookware with dried food. It’s clear the property isn’t being properly maintained. The amenities and surroundings were also misrepresented. The grill was rusted through and unusable, forcing us to buy our own pans. The “glamping community” described online was mostly unfinished lots and active construction more eerie than relaxing. This home could be lovely, but it’s poorly cared for. Between the check-in trouble, lack of hot water, dirty conditions, and neglected amenities, our stay was stressful and disappointing. Unless significant improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend this rental.
The cabin and location of the property is great as well as the community concept in development. The property itself was very unique and welcoming for our family. We really enjoyed our vacation! Our only complaint was a hot water issue with the showers which we contacted the host about only to be met with some resistance. I pleaded to have the issue investigated and fixed after our first night notifying the host that we would be away for the entire day giving plenty of time to accommodate and hoping for the issue to be resolved. The host agreed to investigate and confirmed the issue but offered a tactical work around for one of the showers and adjusting the valve while admitting that the other shower would need a replacement part to be installed. The issue was not resolved and I was forced to endure another incredibly cold shower for a second night in a row. There was never a mention of remorse any any offer to compensate for this bad experience. Upon further investigation on this property, this issue was mentioned in a review over 6 months ago leading me to believe that those tenants concerns were probably dismissed and yet the issue had not been corrected since then. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay but we would hope for the showers to actually function properly if we were to consider another stay.
