Check in staff was friendly, 5 o clock Sunday and the staff was barely cleaning the rooms from the day before, we figured they would clean our room but they passed right by it. Concern with the no smoking policy - cannabis heavy smell on the 3rd floor hallway, second floor hallway, stair case from 3rd floor to 1st floor. Didn’t seem like there was any property mgmt or assigned staff monitoring the property at any given time.

For the price not bad. Our TV didn’t work. The towels were old and I had to use two towels to dry my body. There wasn’t an iron or iron board in the room. Lights were super dim.

I had to stay there because all the hotels were booked. The room smelled like urine I even bought a cleaner and the smell didn’t go away, the kitchenette was broken, there were no comforters and only one towel. I do not recommend this hotel

The one and only Elevator was down the whole time I was there so you had to use the stairs. That meant you had to carry all your luggage, groceries, etc and I was on the top floor. Hallways were dirty and the property overall needed a good cleaning. I went to Walmart and purchased my own towels, pillows and blankets. The towels had stains and looked dingy. I stayed here for F1 in 2024 and it wasn’t this bad. Thought it would be fine to stay again but after this trip I will book a different place next time. Also you have to go track someone down and beg them just to get any towels or trash bags. The do 0 room service. Building has 4-5 door around it for entry but 3-4 of them had signs saying out of order.

There was only one washcloth in the room. When we returned and wanted to get another one, there was no one at the front desk; however, there was a notice to call for a number for assistance. I called that number a few times and each time I got voice mail, but the mailbox was full. Another patron also tried calling and also got the voice mail. Overall, the price was great for the hotel. The shower (bathtub) was especially slippery.
