I booked this property in the UK for a visit to see our family and a holiday all together. The property was in a good location and in a lovely setting. There was lots to do in the surrounding area and the beach was only a few minutes walk. The house could do with some improvements such as some of the cooking equipment was very rusty. We had to go out and buy some plastic plates etc as there was none provided and we had young children with us and you get charged for breakages, which we did not want. It was very cold upon arrival and there were only 2 small heaters for the whole property. I did contact in person and they did drop off another heater but was still not enough. I dropped my phone behind the headboard of the bedroom with the onsuiet and I found 2 vapes, nasel spray and on the mattress under the bed there were chip packets and chocolate wrappers. It was very dirty with dust under the bed. This was the same under all the beds. They have clearly not been cleaned under for some time and the mattresses pulled out. There were also cobwebs on the walls. There was only a curtain going into our bathroom. This was a bit embarrassing when going to the toilet. Maybe this is just a British thing. Sone of the furniture has seen better days. Other properties we have rented on our trips to Australia have been a lot better standard and we were always contacted to see if we needed anything. Would come back to the area but not this property.
