“Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. Expected more from Vrbo who I’ve booked some lovely holiday villas through before. They really should……

“Communication with the property management was quick and clear. The house was dirty - surfaces had been wiped down and the bedding was clean, but the house had visible dirt and grime in the bathroom, kitchen, and windows. ”

“Really large, spotless, well equipped and well presented. Perfect for our Hen party Traitors event and the event organisers were really impressed with the.venue also. Comfortable beds and a restful sleep. We all said we would recommend. ”

“Quite the charming renovated old building, hidden in the center of town, with low doorways, a narrow stairway, and exposed beams. The host was great, and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay ”

“This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and these were minor matters.”
