「It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was very clean and exactly what we needed.」

「The property was very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I couldn't give 5 stars solely based on toilet bowl grime.」

「You get what you pay for.」

「Clean room, and simple but good breakfast」

「If you’re looking for peace and quiet you found it. I sat out on the porch and just looked at the pond. Turned off the cell relaxed and enjoyed the view. The host was very accommodating. The home look just like the pictures and when I arrived the air conditioning was going which was great when your from California and not used to the hot sticky summers in Southern Illinois.」

「Breakfast was great. Air conditioning was fair. Very clean rooms.」

「We love staying here after sightseeing around Shawnee!」

「Very nice place! The towels smelled amazing! Cute decor!」

「Free breakfast but suboptimal. Orange juice was diluted, coffee was not good. There was no cups in the room, and no lotion. Cable was good though」

「Clean and comfortable」

「Lovely spot to kayak with our dogs, unplug, and just relax.」
