"Staff very rude and unprofessional. No breakfast"

"TV in the room didn’t work. I took the remote down to the front desk in case it needed batteries. It worked. So he told me to check the TV cable and make sure it was right. I checked the cable with, but it was difficult because I’d just had cancer surgery on my hands. The problem was that the TV had power, but it wouldn’t turn on. I told the guy at the front desk, but every time I tried to talk to him, he was on his cell phone having a romantic conversation. He kept pulling his hair down over his eyes. He couldn’t care less. The A/C barely worked and was extremely loud when it came on and shut off. It kept me awake for most of the night. I take medication to sleep, so the fact that it kept me awake was unheard of happening. I got what I paid for. I won’t be back."

"The property was under construction. The housekeeping was not cleaning up after the construction crew. Whitney the night receptionist did not notify us that the elevator from the second floor to the third floor that was operating. However, when we got to the elevator, it had a sign that said use the elevator to the second floor and then walk to the third floor. We are handicapped. When we went to ask the receptionist about it she said oh you can use the elevator. Ignore the sign. So because she was too lazy to remove the sign she was making people walk from the second floor up the stairs to the third floor."

"This is the second time we stay here due to it being conveniently located next to the airport. This time we asked for towels they never brought them up next day same thing didn't ever bring the towels until the 3rd time we called. We stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned our room. The continental breakfast was pretty bad as well. "

"Room was not clean, coffee machine was dirty, bathroom was not clean, refrigerator was not in good condition, gum was on the headboard and I did't enjoy my stay at all. Couldn't wait to leave. "

"Clean and comfy stay, Great staff, Free parking and WIFI Brilliant breakfast for just over $6.00 We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night later in the week "

"Very pretty location and nice rooms with balconies. Had a room overlooking the lake. But too many kids in the pool. Would be great if they had an adult only pool."
