"Clean room staff was not accommodating.. my anniversary wasn't the best after driving 3 hours and passing up 3 other casinos to be there.. I was told because I booked through a 3rd party I couldn't have the spa side of the hotel! The website didn't make it clear there was another hotel on site.. ..."

"There were some holes in walls, one closet door was off the track, one stool was broken, the countertop ice maker was insufficient, the tv remote batteries were dead, towels were in short supplyThis is truly a great house, these items are all pretty minor, and could easily be corrected"
