Friendly staff on the whole. We booked a double and were initially sent to a twin room but fortunately this was quickly remedied. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Tatty desk chair. Bathroom clean. Absolutely, spotlessly clean apartment!! Great location, and comfy apartment. Only negative I have is, check out could be 11am, 10am is a bit early.
