"The staff, Eric, was incredibly rude to both myself and any guest I saw him interact with. They were without hot water when I arrived in the afternoon and there was still no hot water the next morning. I requested that they cancel the rest of my days and refund me for those days as I did not want to continue staying somewhere with no hot water. Eric told me he couldn't do that and acted like us guests were fools for expecting hot water at a hotel we paid to stay at. Luckily my partner convinced Eric he could do something about it. They let me down but hotels.com never lets me down and they helped take care of everything for me. Also, I looked at reviews after the fact and there were plenty of reviews from a month ago also talking about this hotel not having hot water."

"With the Ethan Allen trademark you’d think the dresser would not be missing a drawer and that the furniture would be nicer than motel 6. Luckily the people in the next room didn’t talk too much; when they did it sounded like they were in our room. Otherwise it was fine"

"We had such a great time at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect! There was plenty of parking and ping pong and pool table and games kept us occupied. The host was amazing and answered any questions we had while giving us a thorough and informative tour while checking in. Would highly recommend !!!"
