The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going……

“The location is the best and everything was easy to get to. It was quiet, clean and refreshing. Only minutes from anything you need. The only thing was the bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress. Other than that it was perfect”
