I was happy just having a bed, tv and a shower for my weekend relaxation get away. I needed a fridge to keep my insulin cool and requested an iron, ironing board and extra towels and the staff was immediately helpful and on it. Actually, the iron worked much better than my $198 iron I have at home! I had called front desk and Anthony from housekeeping immediately delivered. They all work very well as a team! Overall, once I arrived and settled in, I am very pleased. Thank you New Haven Inn for the accommodations and making my relaxation weekend very relaxed and stress free!

There is nothing to like.It was pretty old and dirty,hair everywhere,wasnt vacumed for a long time,bed sheets were not changed.Lots of homeless people outside nocking and shouting on doors.Overall pretty bad exp,must avoid no matter what.

The floor in the room was not clean , the bed spread in one bed had a big old stain, tha curtains were broken the stairs were so dirty and the is not elevator , not ice machine I do not recommend

1 star — Avoid this property The New Haven Inn was extremely run-down and poorly maintained. My room was dirty upon arrival and did not even have a towel. The damaged doors, stained walls, outdated fixtures, and overall condition made the room feel neglected and uncomfortable. I also witnessed activity involving other occupants that appeared consistent with prostitution and drug use, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. This property needs far more than basic repairs—it needs a complete renovation, or honestly, to be torn down and rebuilt. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Room’s are freshly clean, I stayed in a smoking and non-smoking room there is a difference in the two. Air conditioners work wonderfully. One room I had definitely needs a tv upgrade but the second room was perfect. Staff very helpful !!

This shouldn't even be classified as a hotel this is a place for junkies and homeless and it should be $20 or free per night. The mattresses are filthy, the rooms smell and the stairway smells like pee. Nothing seems to be cleaned here on a regular basis and I am ashamed I got this room for my son 2 nights but I wouldn't recommend

Incredibly dirty, ramshackle property. No amenities, vending machines broken, lobby and hallways filthy. No deadbolts or internal locks on the room doors; I actually propped my luggage up against the door to feel safer. Curtains falling off the runners. My Uber driver actually warned me not to go outside.

This place is cheap yes but no one should stay here. Its rundown dirty and looks like an place for homeless and drug addicts. Yes if u need somewhere to stay but there gotta be better conditions provided even for those who need an inexpensive place to lay their head. The room wasn't event cleaned upon arrival both beds weren't made up, dirty towels on the floor and the mattresses looked 22yrs old and dirty. The staff are accommodating when needing to change stay and polite but this place is nasty just nasty. College dorms are much better than this. Makes you wonder when you leave will u leave with bedbugs or any critters just saying

Mediocre outside Parking ok ÀC ok Room I had didn't even have waste basket!! Remote didn't work with TV Couldn't turn TV on with it ! Had to push button on TV! There was full size fridge but no microwave in Room. Most of light bulbs were burned out!! Couch was filthy. King sized bed was put together with sheets that were too small!!

Parking was easy. The bed seemed clean. We got ants, the smoke detector started chirping at 7am, no tv remote. Holes punched in bathroom door both sides. Chainlock was torn off. But i needed a cheap room. If i need a cheap room again i might consider it.
