“前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice”

“This hotel has everything!!! We went for a girls’ night away, and we never had to leave. The heated pools and steam/sauna rooms were wonderful. The on-site restaurants and room service options were delicious. Our room was very clean and cozy, especially with the service of a staff member starting a fire for us in the fireplace. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful, friendly and hospitable, making the entire stay 5 stars! ”

“I can't say enough about our stay at the Madison Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated very well. The view from our room was spectacular. It was so peacful sitting on the balconey listening to the waves and the entire property is beautiful. Spent some time in the shops and restaurants downtown. Dinner at the Wharf restaurant was very nice. Highly recommend breakfast at Christy's next door and we had a great lunch/drinks at Aqua in nearby Clinton. We will definitely be booking……
