“Room was clean staff was nice”

“Triple double booked my room. I went there to check in with no rooms available. I ended up having to sleep in the car. To reiterate I already had a reservation set up we in advance.”

“They lost my reservation information, so I had to both text and email my Expedia booking twice. There was a system error the day before I was supposed to be there . They did not send me the code or check in information until a half hour before I arrived; I had to call several times. When I did get in the room, no one had cleaned it. There were pizza boxes, wet towels, and unmade beds. I called the hotline again and they moved me to the Motel 6 next door. I had to pay out of pocket for that new……
