“La verdad no fue nada agradable la estancia. Al ducharme en la hab. Que me había tocado la tina se tapó y el agua nunca salió tuve que ir a la recepción y me cambiaron a otra hab. La cual estaba sucia no tenía refrigerador el TV nunca funcionó. No habían toallas. El día sábado estuvimos todo el día fuera cuando regresamos no habían limpiado la hab. No habían colocado toallas y habían insectos que tuvimos que matar pisándolos. Fui y llamé varias veces a la recepción pero hicieron caso omiso a las……

“Staff was very helpful and polite while checking in and thru out our entire stay room was clean and large”

“There was an amazing amount of beverages and snack items available near the front desk. Anything from cold sodas and water to wine and beer could be purchased. The breakfast was fine. There were pancakes, toast, bagels, and premade omelets and bacon. Not a lot of choices but enough to start your day. I’d stay here again because of close proximity to Norfolk airport.”

“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”

“Front desk staff ( Caroine) were pleasant, professional and helpful. Overall, this property offers the business/ casual travellers a great location in downtown Norfolk with easy access to waterfront activities, nearby parking, convention spaces, a terrace pool, and limited dining but with better choices nearby. Loss of MacArthur Mall is a significant blow to the downtown vibrancy. And time has exacted its toll on the property which needs cosmetic attention in virtually all areas.”
