「We've stayed here before and have been pleased with room and hotel. This time however, our room (and the pool) did not meet expectations: Room 129 is billed as handicap accessible but the bathroom was not. The bathtub was not walk or roll-in and there were no grab bars.
Shower head was hand-held but stream was hard to adjust. Tub fixtures were not secured to wall properly.
