「House was incredible and exactly as described. Host was a great communicator after we had a few questions on how to reset stuff due to an incredible lightning storm that caused power surges. The house sits in a great Cove with deep water and a very functional boat dock that we fully utilized. We plan to book again on our next trip to the lake. We would recommend this house and host to anyone.」

「I can’t say enough good things about our stay here with my family of three. The house was super clean & smelled amazing when we walked in. I absolutely loved the layout, decor & the kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you would need. The basement area with games was a nice treat for late evening. The location is perfect being in a cove but short distance ride out to the main channel next to the dam. I noticed the water is so much more clear on this end of the lake. My son & I...

「Our daughter got married this past weekend. We were looking for a place that was pretty close to the venue since we lived out of town that would accommodate our large family. We luckily found this lake house at Badin Lake. It was absolutely perfect for our family and accommodated all of us. We love the game room and the view of the lake. Every day from every part of the house was gorgeous. We definitely will be back.」

「The location is great for those visiting the zoo and downtown area. We were there for a family reunion at a local church. We attended a Bon Jovi tribute band at Bicentennial Park Friday night. Everything was within 10-15 minutes from this lovely home. We were welcomed with the making for s'mores and wood for the fire pit, a bag of coffee and k-cups for the coffee maker, each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Perfect!!」

「This lake house has everything you could want! Terra is a awesome host, quickly answering questions and making sure we knew everything needed for the home, boat, and lake. We rented all of the lake toys and used them all. It was wonderful to explore the lake on the boat, swim, float, paddleboard, bird watch, play 'large' jenga, make smores, and enjoy Lake Life!」
