Needs maintenance and better cleaning

The house is nice and views of valley are very good. Exterior of house and grounds are not well maintained. When we arrived, the cleaning was incomplete; bed did not have a top sheet, lipstick on pillow, bath mat was laying on bedroom floor, outside garbage was overfull and remained that way for the whole stay. In spite of that, it was an nice place to stay, certainly better than a hotel room. Beds are just OK. I would stay here again, but I was pretty disappointed in the housekeeping.
