「The house was perfect for exploring New Orleans and going to Mardi Gras. Kitchen and bath were beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. Super clean. Host was exceptionally helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It's one block off the Canal streetcar line that takes you down to the French quarter or up to City Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again.」

「As stated in the listing, the property is convenient to most attractions in NO. It is roomy and clean. The only issue we had was control of the temperature. The system is controlled with an app, and we were unable to get it set properly.」

「The place was comfortable, but needs a good cleaning. We stayed two weeks. The steep fire escape steps to get into the rental felt treacherous in the rain and would be really difficult for kids and for people with mobility challenges. The biggest problem with the place is that this unit has noisy neighbors. It is in a four plex building and the neighbors below and to the side played loud music and were loud. The walls are quite thin. On Friday and Saturday nights, the parties went until 6 am. 」

We appreciated the layout, with the two separate bedrooms on the bottom floor and one loft bedroom above the living/dining rooms that my teen enjoyed.
