The property was clean and efficient- there appeared to be only one person on staff at check in at 8:30pm- it appeared to be a full house so she was very busy- breakfast was good as well- staff on hand were friendly and helpful

Construction
After getting in late around 2am I woke woken up by constant construction over my room. Saws, routers, dropping tools, loud walking ect. I was less than happy

Half the parking lot was full of construction trailers. In the middle of the night, the power went out. All the food we had put in the refrigerator went bad. If you left your room while the power was out you couldn’t get back in. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. Just splashed water in your face while you were trying to sit in it. The breakfast was bland. The biscuits and gravy tasted like cardboard. I booked a room for 2 adults and 4 children. The room only had 2 beds. Not sure how 2 queen beds are suppose to sleep 6.

The stay was great, hotel was clean. Currently has some renovations going on but that didn’t stop anything. They didn’t have many towels available in the pool area so you may want to bring your own.

Caught in a storm
We got caught in winter storm Elliot. Booked while caught in I70 closure/reopening. The lady at check-in was great, plus the stress of the storm and all of the last min need for rooms! The room (319) was ok but the heater was really loud when it ran. Have a recording but seems i can't upload video.

We enjoyed our stay. The grandkids loved the indoor pool. I was impressed that there was a lift to allow disabled to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The coffee and breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except for the lady serving breakfast she was extremely rude to everybody. At one point she put her hands up said I'm not dealing with this crap anymore and disappeared into the side room.

Quiet hotel, very clean, very comfy. Front desk was the friendliest ever, with fresh cookies to boot. Very customer service oriented and one of the more pleasant experiences recently.

Really happy with our stay here. We were on a long road trip and this destination was randomly where we ended up, arrived very late but the hotel staff was very friendly. Clean. Great breakfast. This will be on our go tos for future road trips.

Power was out when I checked in. They did escort me to my room but did not help me woth my luggage on the stairs. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and have yet to receive it. I really need thay receipt since this was a business trip.

The location was very convenient for travelers with close on and off highway connections and close restaurants and shopping. Fairfield was clean and well maintained with very comfortable beds. The hot breakfast was one of the best we had during our 15 state road trip.
