NEWLY REMODELED BEACHFRONT HOME as of February 21st 2023!! If you're looking for oceanfront & beach front property in the heart of New Smyrna Beach... YOU HAVE FOUND IT!! We are the first house off the main strip called Flagler Avenue, we are the best priced home on the beach, and you will be just a half block to all the shops and restaurants on Flagler Avenue and hands down in the best location! This is a stunning showroom quality, luxury town home in the perfect location in the Top 10 Beach town in the U.S.A. The Flamingo home is a newer constructed, upscale, upgraded, beachfront building in an exclusive community located a half block from the town's main street Flagler Avenue,on the beach, and also comes with a new $2 million dollar playground and volleyball court just out your front door! Plus brand new AC, drywalls, paint, flooring, and more!

There is a lighthouse you can go to and you can also view the lighthouse during sunset at night in this is a 3-story home with direct and indirect ocean views from 4 decks. From your front door and back door the waves and white sand are just a few steps away, and there is a city park right outside also! NSB recently invested $2 million in a new beachfront park bordering this property with grills, cabanas, a playground, and sand volleyball court. After a day on the beach you simply walk a half to Flagler Avenue for dining, shopping, coffee, drinking, ice cream, dancing, and nightlife. Some local favorites are Ocean Breeze, That's Amores, The Garlic, Outriggers, Flagler Tavern, and Norwoods.

This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths with 1 king, 2 queens and 2 full size mattress in the 4th room. Flamingo is an open floor plan on the second floor that will accommodate the entire guest party very comfortably. When you walk in the entry level front door foyer is where the first master bedroom with its own full bathroom and a private back door to a back deck is. Plus a 2 car garage for vehicles and motorcycles are on the first floor and also washer and dryer and a nice grill!

The second floor/main is where your will find a stunning model type spacious living area! Complete with a family room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances, custom wood cabinets, and granite countertops. The second master bedroom in this beautiful home is also on this floor with a closet, another full bath, complete with shower, and a deck with ocean view. These 3 living areas are open and connected with now walls, so it is very spacious and perfect for social interaction and entertaining and also on the deck with a beach view.. The dining table seats 8 and the bar top seats an additional 2-3, all in the same room. And the kitchen Island could also seat another 4 if need be. The living room offers comfortable brand new seating for watching the over-sized flat screen TV. The balcony on the main level faces south-east with indirect ocean view. There is a small grill on this deck, but there is also large stainless BBQ grill located in the garage for fresh seafood or steak dinners that are at your local stores in the area.

The property’s location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. We were just a walk away from the beautiful beach and charming town filled with plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s spacious and comfortable for everyone who stayed with us.

The location is perfect (walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) in the NSB area. Helpful to have access to their beach accessories. 4-bathrooms was great for our group getting ready for a wedding. Just make sure your expectations are set reasonably. There may be some sand, mold, etc. (as common in beach vacation rentals), but it worked perfect for what we needed.

Awesome beach house. Just at description says - EXTREMELY convenient access to the beach where we spent most of our time. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 2 adult children and their families. Loved the main floor common area where we could all watch movies and played games at the large table. Walked to our favorite restaurants and bars on FlagAve and drove the beach in your Jeep! Just a super experience all around! Look to plan more future family vacations here!

Food crumbs& residue in refrigerator. Used coffee filter in coffee maker, missing kitchen drawer front, crumbs in couch. Once the nauseating plug-ins were unplugged the odor and presence of mildew everywhere became evident. Mildew in showers and towels so bad my family refused to shower there. Mildew in the sheets& comforters gave everyone a headache. Ended up paying 3 times the stated rate because owner charged 300 cleaning fee and insisted you pay 59 for a damage insurance policy or an exorbitant deposit, in addition to a 250 deposit. Closet doors were mostly broken, and front door was warped & needs repair. Great location but unsatisfactory accommodations.

The condo was it as clean as it should be. All the throw rugs were sandy and dirty. Only bath towels no wash cloths for each guest. Opened the sliding door in the living room and the screen was off the runner. Fan blades and air vents were filthy, mildew. Basement bedroom has the air vent dangling from the ceiling. For the price I just think the maids need to clean more deeper and all Vents need to be checked for mold.

It was awesome , walk to the beach which is absolutely gorgeous , hang , walk, swim ,back for lunch then back to the beach for a swim . There are plenty of food options within walking distance (I'm almost 70 ) the walk was not a problem , found a really nice place Avanu on Flagler good food , fair prices ,nice decor but there's plenty of options .Actually started talking to the fam about doing a yearly stay there ,it was that nice !

Location was perfect for early and late strolls on the beach as this property is less than 50 yards from the ocean and 3 blocks from a lot restaurants, bars and shops. We could retreat to the condo easily for lunch and dinner and never a miss a beat on the beach. Be prepared to bring soap, shampoo, hand towels and wash clothes for the bathroom as these items were either scarce or non-existent. Overall, this property is a perfect locale and I would definitely book again.

Stayed here 4 days for a family wedding It was great!! Everyone had their own room and bath; the location is fantastic-walk across the parking lot and are on the beach. Main street with restaurants and shops right around corner. Family would stay there again if go back that way. Was able to get in early after messaging with Sarah who made an extra effort to have it ready for us.

Great location! Had everything we needed and the host was also very responsive. Only negative I would say is the parking is limited. Had to go into the lot thru the wrong way due to people blocking entry. Very cramped lot. View of the beach was limited, but great location close to everything! Other than that our stay was amazing!

  Safety and security hazards: NONE of the balcony doors had locks! The main door security lock could easily be pushed in to open when locked. Security code for the door had not been changed in a while as it was used for other passwords in the home. Smoke detector beeping, missing switch plate covers. No Fire Escape and no emergency contact information. Items not working/broken: Internet not working, 4 outlets around TV were unusable, dishwasher and toaster not working, Keurig would not make a full large cup of coffee, trash bins in kitchen did not roll out, missing shelf in refrigerator, beach wagon was broken, screen doors did not slide, some were broken and laying on the balcony floor, garage lights didn’t work, multiple light bulbs not working. DIRTY: The sectional couch and several of the dining chairs were disgustingly STAINED. We removed cobwebs from the chandelier over the dining room table and other areas in the kitchen. We also had to wash the dirty throw rugs upon our arrival. Drawers throughout were filled with miscellaneous junk. The garage was full of discarded boxes and various junk we had to dig through to get to old rusty beach chairs. Balcony’s were extremely dirty, never cleaned and interior floors left our feet and socks BLACK. There were no instructions for anything. No reference book. After our stay we contacted the owner with these concerns and more. We received NO response. More NEGLECT much like this rental home has been neglected!

This was the second time our group stayed at this condo in New Smyrna for our annual girls' trip. The condo is in the perfect location and has plenty of space for a large group. The property manager was easy to work with and communication was great! We plan to rent the condo again for next year's trip! Thanks for another wonderful stay!

Came for a wedding with family and this was a great location right near Flagler and right on the beach. Condo needs updating, especially the couch and washer/dryer. But overall, it was in a great location and fit our needs and we had a great time. Property management was excellent and got back to us right away and we received our deposit back right away.

Positives: great location, great layout, allowed early check-in Negatives: dirty and run down Examples of cleanliness: several bottles of water next to and under bed in 4th bedroom, dirty bed sheet (snot and saliva on pillow cases), bugs, black oven and toaster oven, spills in refrigerator, crumbs on kitchen counters, stains on couch, large area rug not vacuumed, spiderwebs on lights and kitchen decor, dirty cookware in drawers. Examples of run down: missing locks on sliding doors, missing electrical plate covers on switches and plugs, leak under kitchen sick with board moldy and rotting, master shower on 3rd floor with wall rot, shutters falling apart, beds held together with 2x4s, ripped sheets on bed, smoke detector hanging by wires, vent louvers broken and hanging, washer and dryer rusty, door screen laying on patios, refrigerator leaking water from ice dispenser. Misc: no outside trash cans for trash (even after asking and had to dump at park), door code was same as internet code given a year prior (assuming everyone has same code), no lock for garage door. Smoke detector battery low (continuous beeping and no batteries to replace). We didn’t report any issues as we did not want anyone entering property while we were not there. But cleaning crew had left just prior to our check in. I saw similar reports in Jan 2024 and was hoping they were just picky, but be aware, this places is really run down and dirty and has so much potential.

The location was within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the beach. The rooms were good sized and the main floor was great for getting together. The balconies need a good cleaning, but the rest of the property was in good order. The 2 car garage is half full with golf cart, beach gear, etc. We parked one car in the other side and 2 outside.
