GREAT Location

This is a great size unit for 2 families with 5 kids total. The unit is big, the location is absolutely perfect. Very easy to get to the beach from condo unit. The large balcony is very nice. The unit was clean (although a deep clean could be done), the garage housed many beach items

Loved our stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay!! I made quite a few inquiries prior to our stay and every time I was met with courtesy, helpful communication. The condo employees and residents were very friendly and endured our kids being kids. Thank you!! If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful place!

Gorgeous condo right on the beach with great views and facilities! Office/maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We loved the pool area and hot tub. Lovely beach area, the buildings are set back a little further than neighbors which gives you more room (especially at high tide). We will be back!

Beautiful Condo

Other than the loud construction in the condo next door that would have been nice to know about ahead of time, everything was great. The condo is very nicely decorated and was very clean. Beautiful view on the wrap around porch. Just a few minutes from the cute shopping areas of New Smyrna Beach. Very easy check-in.

Dishonest

Unit and property were beautiful. Booked right before hurricane Milton. Specifically called to inquire about damage to the unit and amenities. I was told everything was in good working condition. However hurricane Milton broke the pool and Hot tub heater, which mgt company should have known and told us about. We only had hot tub and pool use 2 out of 7 day stay. I understand there was a natural disaster but this should have been disclosed when I inquired. We also had a random service man show up at our door wanting to fix thermostat, and we didn't have an issue or make a call. That left 4 women feeling very uneasy for the remainder of our stay. Mgt company felt our inconvenience was worth $150, not even the price of 1 nights fee. The owner needs to hire a new mgt. Company.
