Enjoyable stay

I'd give this place 4.5 stars. Condo had everything needed and was in a nice quiet area of NSB with no beach traffic. Would definitely come back and stay again. Grounds were well up kept and staff friendly. The beach is a very short walk away just steps down the new stairs.

Nice Condo great ocean view

Nice property had everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were outdated and a tad bit rundown. But it was clean and functional for us. We never locked the door for a week because it was too complicated to use the lock. The last Vrbo we stayed in had a lock that was so easy, just 4 digits and the door was unlocked.

This is our 2nd time to New Smyrna and this place was absolutely amazing! Loved the ocean view!My kids loved the fact it was such a short walk to the ocean and pool! The bed was sooo comfy and they had everything u can think of needing for your trip! I highly recommend! We had 5 people and all said we want to come back here! And sooo affordable for being right on the beach!!

The Hacienda del sol 1 was a fantastic perfect views of the ocean and property from the balcony. The Condo was huge and beautiful they had everything also for the beach. Umbrella’s, chairs, boogie boards, towels, etc. Everyone was very accommodating and nice. Mike especially was very pleasant and helpful. We definitely would recommend it.. 😁

Mere steps to the beach! The complex was well managed, immaculate, and had great emenities and close parking. DG market is right across the street and we picked up all we needed for food there.

Great weekend away

Clean, quiet, well maintained property nestled in NSB. We felt safe and were close to a lot of activities. The pics were as advertised and the condo had plenty of amenities. We cooked a lot in house. Highly suggest renting this gem on the beach.

Holiday Vacation

The condo was clean and affordable for our Holiday vacation. Unfortunately at the time access to the beach because of the hurricane was not there (you have to walk 1/4 mile to public access) and I hope they get stairs built soon. But I love New Smyrna beach and Hacienda's location to everything. It is a nice family atmosphere.

Last minute trip

Enjoyed our beach trip. They were working on the property and had some slight disruptions but they worked well communicating it with us. Its one we could definitely venture back too. We were blessed with perfect weather too.

Beachfront stay

This location was great. Right on the beach. Condo was clean and had linens and towels as well as kitchen supplies; ie plates, cups, utensils. Washer and dryer in unit was a great plus. The 2nd bedroom had tv with Roku that entertained our 5 year old. Beach supplies such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and buckets and shovels for sandcastle building was a plus. Market across the street offered quick access to some food items but Publix was just a quick drive up the road. Cute little surf town. Management on site was helpful. Pool was clean and other tenants were friendly.

Horrible, dirty place.

Door code didn't work. It took us an hour to get in. Once we were in, we were appalled by the filth. Grates were rusted, silverware was rusted. Paint and wallboard were torn away from the walls. Couches and carpets were filthy. It looks like a ghetto. Owner should be disgusted to rent this badly neglected place, and VRBO/Vacasa have been completely neglectful of our complaints. So disappointing to make this dump our vacation getaway.
