One of the most exquisite, modern and stylish 11-unit boutique condo at NSB; Open floor plan with private balcony. Tastefully furnished with light wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, and ceiling fans in all rooms. If you enjoy or like to make a meal or two during your stay, the kitchen pantry is well equipped with a nice selection of teas,
    spices, oils and condiments.

    At Wave402, you and your guests will truly enjoy the spectacular direct ocean view of New Smyrna Beach from your kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony and two of the bedrooms. Catch the amazing sunrise/sunset and seagulls flying right by.

Publix supermarket where guests can pick up all their grocery needs is only a few mins drive away. You can find charming and distinctive neighborhood boutiques at both Flagler Avenue and Canal Street Downtown that made New Smyrna beach special - laid back, quaint and unique. World-famous Daytona International Speedway, Cape Canaveral, and Disney attractions are all within drive distance. I cant say enough good things about this host and the property. Amazing views, clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The beach view is to die for and balcony gives a wonderful extension to the living space. I would higly recommend Michelles condo.

Great condo and great spot on the beach. View was amazing. Overall an incredible experience and well worth it. If I had to give one word of caution, be careful with the size of vehicle you bring. We had a standard minivan and it was tight in the garage--workable, but tight. This is nothing against the owners, of course.
