We loved everything about it! Could not ask for a better view! Lovely pool area. Comfortable bed and recliners! Wish the grill was more convenient but that has nothing to do with the condo.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s condo in New Smyrna. Were able to walk to restaurants and of course walk the beach which is literally right in front of you. Downtown New Smyrna is quaint and full of shops and dining. Also took a quick drive to Daytona for Biketober Week..

Location and amenities were good but the heated pool wasn't very warm. If you like a firm bed you will not like the memory foam bed. One of us used the couch in the living room because it was much firmer. Overall good stay!

We arrived and was pleasantly surprised of how beautiful the condo was and the view is magical! We had everything we needed and the only negative part was that both elevators were out of order for most of our first day. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a bottle of wine.

David's condo is in a perfect location and has beautiful views of the ocean. We loved being able to easily go from pool to beach all day. David has all the beach essentials too, i.e. umbrella & chairs, which was awesome! We had a little issue with the automated lock on the door but David responded to my call promptly and was ready with solutions. We'd stay here again!

We loved staying in this villa. The view was beautiful. We walked the beach every morning. The kitchen has a lot of amenities for you to use. The bed was comfortable.

The photos don’t do it justice. My hubby and I travel often and this view is spectacular! The owner is great and even texted us to let us know we could checkin at 12:30pm. We will definitely be traveling this way again, and when we do, this will be our go to place to stay.
