Great location / a little dirty

I have to start by saying the location, the neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, and the walking path were all amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Smyrna.The major issue we had was with the cleanliness of the property. The bathroom was pretty dirty with lots of grime, especially around the shower. There was sand in the shower itself. There was sand in the bed sheets. We also had a problem with the plumbing where the toilet plugged up with just normal waste. The shower head was not really adjustable and only shot very high pressure.Overall, if it was just cleaned up a little, we would stay here again! The beds were very comfortable. The parking was easily accessible. We spent some time in the pool and it was great. It had a nice deep end. We were close to restaurants and convenient stores for anything we needed.

New Smyrna Beach condo

This was a great place for us. We were able to bring our dog and enjoyed lots of shady trails to walk him. The pool was clean and quiet. The beach access was easy. The unit was well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking. The only problem was the guest bathroom which clogged easily. Fortunately there was a plunger to clear it with. We also had some misunderstanding about the WiFi connection code as it was misspelled in the text we received and the check out time was told as 11:00 and 10:00. Overall we were happy and would like to return sometime.

Clean villa, nice neighborhood

We had a poor experience with the check in process, the management company needs to work on improving communication. The door code supplied did not work… we called Vacasa and 45 minutes or so later, we got supplied with the lockbox code and used that key to get in. It was inconvenient having only one key, but the key code box needed to be replaced. When we got inside, the villa was clean and well stocked. -tv in family room did not work and the fan in the master bedroom could not be turned off. It was cool outside, so we adjusted it to blow the air away from us. - a very nice maintenance man came the next day and spent about an hour working on the tv(had to switch out cable boxes), he said the fan and the key code box could not be repaired/replaced until after we left. The codes to the gym and pool were also outdated, we got the correct codes from a nice lady at the pool. Positive notes- we enjoyed our stay at this villa. The neighborhood and neighbors very nice and we enjoyed the amenities. Nice trails to walk our dog.

Great place to stay!

Location was convenient to beach and Flagner Ave! The pool was very nice. The community was very quiet, beautiful with the all the plants, trees, etc and great for walking dogs. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Quiet Place Walk to Beach

This place had everything we needed and we loved being able to walk down to the beach. Our 15-year-old rode her bike and long board all around the beautiful neighborhood. Our dog enjoyed his long walks as well. There were plenty of nice restaurants within a short drive and we found a great little surf shop 2 miles up the road and signed our daughter up for a surfing lesson. It was the perfect, relaxing family vacation away from all of the crowds but close enough to anything you might want to do.

Cozy villa. Nice to have on-suite bathroom for both bedrooms. Great to be able to bring our dog along. Wish there was a Keurig (there's a traditional coffee maker, but no Keurig).

Family Race Vaca

We stayes at this property with four adults. The location, facility and unti were all exactly as advertised. Our only complaint was that the floors were obviously not cleaned. 30 minutes after exiting the shower, our feet were black. And this was not sand from the beach, it was simply dirty. Wear shoes or socks! Wouldnt prevent us from staying again, but id hope the cleaning crew aouls WASH the floors next time and not simply sweep. Other than that, the place was excellent!!!

The property is clean. It is in need of smalll things to be fixed like the toilet set, it also needs refreshing in general but nothing to be worried.

Very nice

Liked the set up of the villa.. liked the location and love having a little more shade than beach front. Especially nice to have a washer and dryer....so convenient. A little dated but what was important to us was the cleanliness!

Great location for family vacation

Close to pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. It had everything we needed for the week. A bit dated, as mentioned in reviews and can be seen in photos, so wasn't a surprise.

Nice Place

Very clean with a minor issues. A couple of light bulbs need replacing. Ice maker was frozen up. Very tranquil and quiet property near the end of the public beach strip. Would stay again.

Buddy’s Place

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is close to the beach, both by walking or driving. You can hear the waves at night. One pool is close by. I had 2 different maintenance issues and Amber, the property manager, was extremely responsive. She could not have been any nicer or accommodating. I do agree with previous comments about the owners needing to update the unit. Many things are outdated, worn. We will definitely stay there again.

Review

There is a terrible smell in the master bathroom. Your staff said we would get a hundred dollar credit. Smelled like a cat has lived there awhile used it as a bathroom. The bathtub in the other bathroom does not have a lever to close the drain for taking a bath. There is an electrical outlet that is hanging out of the wall in the bathroom by the sink.

New Smyrna Beach

Place was great- proximity to beach was excellent- convenient stores and restaurants. Villa was a little hard to find took some driving around the complex- given wrong code to pool bathroom- other than that a really great stay!!! Would recommend and would book again!

Great location for the price range

The property is cute and clean although a bit dated designwise. The kitchen was not as well stocked as some beach homes we have rented but we made do. The neighborhood is lovely for walking or biking with beautiful trees and landscaping. The beach was a short walk from our villa.
