“My Grandmother lives in the area and it’s hard for her to travel. Since she has moved in with a family member it’s been harder for her to have visits with her great grand kids seeing as I live out of town. This rental was perfect! “While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!”

“Trey was great. Easy check-in and could access the house as soon as we pulled up. My family and I enjoyed the big patio with the waterfront view. Very peaceful and calm. Kids loved seeing the wildlife including turtles in the water. Living area is very big which allowed for everyone to relax or play board games comfortably.
