Clean and spacious, but dont count on parking

The apartment was very clean and spacious. However we arrived late and could not get into the parking lot. The clicker would not work. The biggest reason we booked this place was for parking, so arriving after a long day of driving, after having communicated with the host multiple times about anxiety about the parking situation, it was very frustrating to arrive and have to street park overnight. Phone numbers provided were not answered except for the parking lot manager who just said we wouldnt be able to get in. Mattress was very uncomfortable, sloping inwards. This combined with worrying about our vehicle led to a sleepless night. Tiny coffee machine provided but took 15 minutes to make 1 cup of coffee. Location was convenient for prudential center.

The building & apt were very clean, well maintained & nicely decorated. Easy access to building & apt. The only issue I had was with parking because the clicker I received would not open the gate to either of the 2 parking lots. The manager did provide me with info on who to call to help with that situation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely make reservations there in the future.

Fabulous stay

Perfect location in a clean safe building, walking distance to NJ Penn with a quick 20min ride to NYC, walking distance to the Prudential Centre, ample secure parking that was easy to access with key fob. The suite was clean bright and well stocked with linens, soap and towels. In suite laundry is a nice feature. The fridge offered water and ice! Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

RENTER BEWARE: We had to ask several times for the property instruction email from the property manager to get access information. The access email was incomplete with bad directions. We did not have access to parking that was advertised with the property rental, our car incurred $1200 damage due to on-street parking, property manager unhelpful and un communicative. Email directed us to Security that wan not on site, rude and unhelpful. No parking pass was provided, though stated in email and in multiple signs that it is required. It took several emails over several hours to even get a response from property manager. We were not reimbursed for parking and Uber fees. The apartment was clean and relatively comfortable except the mattress was old and had a divot in the middle, so uncomfortable for 2 people as you always roll into the middle of the mattress.
