Four Seasons Newark hotels

"Excellent staff. Room had some opportunities. Carpets were dirty, with what seemed like food dried and left to cake on the carpet. There was some debris between the sheets when we checked the beds upon arrival, a little piece of black plastic. The thermostat in the room seemed faulty at first, but after sweating through the night, we realized in the morning that the button to lower the temp was just old and you have to press it really hard for it to work. Staff was amazing. We were wowed from the moment we checked in. Restaurant stats open till 11pm and that was a bonus. Great service there too! The kids, my sister and I really enjoyed it as a whole. (Minus the warm night)"

"The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety. Only bad comment the bathroom on main level looked dirty. That was my first impression on arrival. Thankfully the stay was nice. The 3rd floor ice maker wasnt working either. Overall good stay."
