"I wish I had checked out a map of EWR airport as I waited at the wrong spot for pick-up. The text from the hotel said to wait at P3 so when I went out from terminal A there was a sign "3" and I waited incorrectly there. From terminal A, one needs to take a shuttle to the air train to P3 building for the hotel shuttle pick up. Also, in the morning there is no sign up to reserve a spot for the shuttle to return to airport, so I went down way early to be sure I got a place on the shuttle. The staff except for one were helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and clean."

"Over crowded and tight parking spots , then you charge your customers an outrageous rate for parking daily, which no one staying at the Hotel should pay at all , everything looked outdated "

"The room was good size. The breakfast was great. The surrounding area was a highlight. Once you parked at the hotel you never had to leave. Had my nails done ate dinner, got a coffee and did a little shopping all withput having to travel by car. Will be staying again"

"Staff was super friendly (Ana at front desk). We were also able to check in a bit early free of charge which was really nice after a long flight. The property is also in a great location, we really enjoyed the pool which was clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty good. The room was clean. No complaints. Parking is available onsite at a charge of $20/night."
